Groups of young people under 30 years of age are not allowed. This luxurious villa of great category, with capacity for up to 7 people, offers a unique experience for your holidays in Mallorca. It has 4 bedrooms, with air conditioned , and 2 complete bathrooms, a large and warmly decorated living room with a cosy fireplace, a spacious dining room with views to the bay, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Outside there is a large terrace, porch with chill-out area, barbecue, private swimming pool with relaxing sunbeds, internet and everything necessary for your comfort. This property is located in a quiet area, just a few metres from the sea and a few kilometres from some of the best beaches and coves of the island. It is only 22 kilometres from the city of Palma and 10 kilometres from the airport, offering a perfect combination of privacy and proximity to all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer. In terms of public transport, the nearest bus stop (31112) is 800m away and is a direct line to Palma. - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house does not have air conditioning, although fans can be made available to the client as needed. It does not have heating either. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected.
