Fabulous rustic villa with private pool located in Benissa (Costa Blanca) for 8 people with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors. Large plot with a lot of privacy.
INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists on the GROUND FLOOR of a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV with access to the covered terrace to enjoy good meals. A large kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and room with washing machine. A large bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. On the UPPER FLOOR we find three bedrooms with double beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a large plot where the 8x4 pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower is located. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking on the same plot for 3-4 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday and just a few minutes drive from Calpe. The nearest sandy beach is 8 km away and the nearest supermarket (Lidl Benissa) is 800 m from the house.
OBSERVATIONS: Free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.

Très belle maison et très propre. juste le point négatif les poubelles que nous devons porter en voiture jusqu au container.
5,0Wir hatten zu fünft super viel Platz im Haus! Das haut ist perfekt, wenn man ungestört mit Freund:innen oder Familie Zeit verbringen möchte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, allerdings würde ich empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, da man schon sehr darauf angewiesen ist! Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub gewesen 😊
5,0The house was very nice and clean, location is outstanding, everything you need is a few minutes away, if you drive. Only downsides is that the key to the location need to be picked up from a newarby town 15 minutes away and the garbage disposal can be a pain as it needs to be taken to a public place.
