The house is set in a very quiet communal area with garden, pool and playground. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, tv and direct access to a large terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, pans, freezer and dishwasher. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms: 1 en suite with bathtub, double bed (150x190cm) and balcony, and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190cm) in each one. 1 additional bathroom with shower and washing machine and 1 toilet. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. House only for families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. The long, sandy beach of Pals is ideal for the whole family, for practicing water sports, walking, resting or contemplating the landscape, the waves and the views of the Medes Isles in the distance . To the north, you will find Platja del Grau, a serene, quiet beach with shallow water and fine golden sand. To the south, Platja Gran, which is deeper with coarser sand.
