Wonderful apartment on the seafront, at the foot of the imposing Peñón de Ifach "Natural Reserve", with a communal pool, located in Calpe, Costa Blanca, ideal to accommodate 4 people. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
INSIDE:
This charming apartment has a spacious and bright living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and access to a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the sea. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, providing all the comforts for the preparation of delicious meals. Two bedrooms have double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom that includes a bathtub. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower for added convenience.
ABROAD:
The common areas offer a refreshing community pool with a metal staircase and a convenient outdoor shower. Likewise, the apartment has a covered parking space for greater convenience.
LOCATION:
This location is simply perfect for a vacation without using the car. Just 250 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the nearest sandy beach, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The center of Calpe, with all its services, is 2.5 kilometers away.

Краєвиди зносять дах. Неймовірний вид з великої тераси,де найкраще місце де ми жили, заради краєвидів можно не перейматися дрібними проблемами.Апартаменти круті,тільки заради тераси можно все пробачити. Потрібно їхати за ключами в агенство,там черга,потрібно одразу давати залог,дуже багато умов проживання(сміття не винесли-штраф 150 євро,залишили бруд-штраф і тп),тому не розслаблялися,а постійно слідкували щоб щось не зробити на штраф,це впливає на враження.Також техніка вся з приколами:пралка погано зачиняється,посудомийка одразу не працювала,запропонували полагодити,але чекайте техніка,тобто я свій відпочинок повинна витрачати на очікування,ми відмовились,вирішили прожити без неї.На парковці постійно клали під скло папір,що ми запаковані на приватній території,не зрозуміло(
