Cal Tio is a lovely and peaceful rural home with shared pool, surrounded by nature, animals and a small garden, perfect for 2 adults. Costitx is a rural area in the centre or Mallorca, a nice destination for families or couples seeking tranquility. Every Wednesday, you can go to Sineu and buy fresh fruits and vegetables on the market. The cities of Inca and Manacor provide you with many shops, supermarkets and gas stations. If the beach is what you’re searching for you can go to the north coast and explore sand beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. A car is necessary. The agroturismo has 4 units, perfect for 2 guests, sharing the 10 x 5 metres sized pool with a maximum depth of 1.6 metres, the barbecue, the ample terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a shallow area of 30 cm with a size of 2 x 5 metres, perfect for kids. The apartment has its own furnished terrace where you can enjoy a summer dinner. Each unit has a terrace that gives access to the living-dining area with sofa, air conditioning (hot/cold) and a TV with satellite channels. The open kitchen with dining corner is well-equipped, including a vitro ceramic hob. You can rest in the bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bath. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot, a mini-cot and a high chair. The shared laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and an iron/ironing board. AG/366 To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa, mandatory for each guest over 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest from May to October and it reduces by half from the 9th night. During the low season, it is 0.55 EUR per day and guest, with no reduction. As required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.
