It has a built-in barbecue and parking. The house is divided into 2 floors with independent entrance: On the ground floor there is a living-dining room (TV) with exit to the pool terrace, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds in each) and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor we find a living-dining room with TV and access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine), 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm), 1 single bedroom (90 x 190cm bed) and 1 bathroom with shower. Groups of young people not accepted. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. This property is only rented to families. Pets accepted on request and with supplement.
