The 18-hole Vall d'Or golf course can be reached in 3 km and the quaint tourist resort of Cala D'Or is only 6 km away. Here you will find 7 beach coves, shopping streets, restaurants and music pubs. Not forgetting the sophisticated marina, which also boasts fine restaurants. The nearby village of S'Horta has a small supermarket, a bakery and a handful of bars. There is also a good restaurant in the neighbouring village of Calonge. The beautiful sandy beaches of the east coast can be reached in 6 km.Outside, you are greeted by a wonderful covered terrace, which is the centre of life in summer. From here, a few steps lead down to the equally breathtaking pool area. With its 15 metres, nothing stands in the way of bathing fun; a statue, partly under water, also gives the pool a noble flair. From here you reach the very spacious covered terrace with views of the magnificent pool, the sun terraces and the beautiful landscape that surrounds the property, from the elevated dining area you have access to the more simply designed breakfast room with a large table for 10 people. Next to it is the well-equipped country kitchen with adjoining service room with washing machine. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them is furnished with 2 single beds, the other is the master bedroom with double bed, elegantly furnished and very spacious with its own terrace and wonderful en-suite bathroom, with marble shelves, Jacuzzi corner bath and a step-free walk-in shower. There are a further three bedrooms on the upper floor. Two with 2 single beds each and en-suite bathrooms; and another beautiful double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All of these bedrooms have satellite TV.Air conditioning and central heating with fixed and limited operating hours. The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).
