The two bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with two showers. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom and has access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The upper floor houses a large bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing area. There is direct access to the roof terrace from the bedroom. There is further access to the roof terrace via the garden.The house has a large, well-kept garden with tall palm trees and old pine trees that provide shade in pleasant proportions. To the side of the house is a lovely area with a large covered terrace, sofas for chilling out and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The garden area, where the beautiful child-safe pool with brick steps (10m x 5m - saltwater pool) and outdoor shower is located, offers another terrace for sunbathing with deckchairs and another small table with chairs.
