Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 24 people, with twelve bedrooms and eight bathrooms distributed in four independent apartments.
INTERIOR: The GROUND FLOOR is composed of two independent apartments:
APARTMENT 1: This apartment consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. A bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
APARTMENT 3: This apartment consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. An independent kitchen with ceramic hob. Three bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. A bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
The UPPER FLOOR is composed of two independent apartments:
APARTMENT 2: This apartment consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. A bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
APARTMENT 4: This apartment consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. A bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower.
EXTERIOR: Large terrace area with a 16x6 rectangular pool with metal stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is fully enclosed and there is parking for four vehicles in it.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, for the tranquility and proximity that it offers at the same time. It is 1.2 km from the nearest supermarket and 1.5 km from the sandy beach, as well as restaurants. The center of Calpe is accessible in 4.2 km.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Preis Leistung Top. (Zu empfehlen für Reisen mit größeren Gruppen). Die Lage ist relativ gut, wenn man sich ein Mietauto oder ein E-Bike bucht. Bis zum Strand ~3-4km. Zum nächsten Supermarkt auch nur 2km. Ein Problem war jedoch das es in mehreren Zimmern nicht möglich war die Klimaanlage einzuschalten, da sie anscheinend defekt war. Im Gartenhaus war auch kein Strom. Hin und wieder lagen tote Kakerlaken auf dem Boden hinter dem Müll
