Villa Thea is perfectly located in the sought-after resort of Cala Blanca, within walking distance of all amenities, including two fine white sand beaches. With a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle. It consists of a living / dining room with TV with a large and comfortable sofa and table with chairs for 6 people. It consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two other double bedrooms with two beds each, and they share a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the villa has a safe without combination, cot and high chair, built-in barbecue. The villa will have free Wi-Fi for clients and new outdoor furniture. THE VILLA HAS AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOMS. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
