This magnificent one storey house is located off the main central street in San Jaime Mediterráneo. The house has its own private swimming pool and gardens and given its location, it offers some breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the Son Bou beach from several different locations around the house.) The layout has been designed in order to maximise comfort for our guests. There is air conditioning in the dining-living room. The house has a large covered and uncovered outdoor terrace, which can be used as an alternative dining area for enjoying lunch on a sunny day, or a beautiful dinner under the star filled skies at night, the perfect spot for some rest and relaxation. The swimming pool with terrace and gardens give our customers the option to get the most from the grounds of the house as well as the interior. The double room enjoys independent access onto the terrace from where the views are breathtaking. The spacious living-dining room with a fireplace make this room a very comfortable and relaxing space for all to enjoy and the large glass doors allow sunlight to enter all day. House Rules: Parties and events of any kind are not allowed. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
