The magnificent villa includes a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and panoramic views of the sea, the Peñón de Ifach and the charming town of Calpe. Access to the balcony from the living room offers an ideal space to enjoy breakfast with stunning views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The spacious master bedroom with a double bed has beautiful views and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them with sea views and access to the pool and barbecue area. A bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a room with a washing machine complete the interior amenities.
ABROAD:
Enjoy the large terrace and the 9x4.5 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. The beautiful covered barbecue invites you to have meals outdoors. Parking on the same plot offers space for two vehicles, and the property is completely gated for privacy.

4.2Lo mejor las vistas. Las vistas impresionantes, la amplitud, la zona de la piscina y la limpieza. La rapidez de Plusholidays en intentar solucionar cualquier contratiempo como la reposición de la batidora. - Es increíble que tengan esa nevera de juguete en una casa para 6 personas. No cabía casi nada. Para nosotros es fundamental para no repetir. Es una casa muy calurosa y sin aire acondicionado, podrían poner un ventilador en cada dormitorio ya que sólo hay uno para toda la casa. Una de las habitaciones está de paso a la piscina con la incomodidad y falta de intimidad que eso significa.
