Upstairs there is a spacious living room (TV, satellite) with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Two double bedrooms, one with twin beds (90x190cm) and another with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is another living room (TV), kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area and exit to the outside area. A double room with double bed (150x190cm) (suite with shower), plus a bathroom with shower. In the outdoor area there is a private pool with terrace, bathroom and barbecue of work. The pictures of the beach are of Sa Caleta and Lloret de Mar beach, which are the closest beaches to the house. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. Reservations of youth groups accepted only upon prior request Rules and special deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
