Large holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed on two independent floors.
INTERIOR: This beautiful villa is composed of two independent floors connected by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and exit to the terrace and the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher and air conditioning. A room with the washing machine. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. A bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower en suite. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and exit to the terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. Two bedrooms with two single beds each and air conditioning. Finally there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: It has a pleasant terrace with an oval pool 9x5 with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is a covered barbecue and an outside toilet for your comfort. There is parking for two vehicles on the same plot and one outside.
LOCATION: This villa is located in an urbanization very close to the beaches and all services. It is only 650 from the nearest cove and 1.3 km from the sandy beach. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are 600 meters away. The center of Calpe is accessible in 3.3 km.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Det var ikke airconditioning i andre etasje på huset hvor det var 3 soverom. Det var helt uutholdelig i varmen, vi måtte kjøpe oss vifter. Man kan ikke leie ut et hus til 10 personer på sommeren uten skikkelig airkondition på alle soverom. Vi var dessuten plaget av kakkerlakker og mye mygg.
2.6We had such a lovely girls' holiday here, beautiful location easy walking distance from beach and bars and restaurants. The big supermarket was a bit far if you're doing a weekly shop without a car but easy distance with a couple of bags. The house was as advertised although only one of the hobs in the downstairs kitchen worked. Would absolutely recommend this villa for a family/a couple of families or for a group of friends wanting to go out, and benidorm was an easy taxi ride away. Thanks very much!
