A very special house, where you can enjoy a unique setting, surrounded by nature and absolute tranquillity. Located in a small village formed by 8 houses and surrounded by natural parks. This is a house with a beautiful mountain facade, typical of the area, well-equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, living-dining room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, balcony and small garden to relax. It has a private access to the pool from its garden. HOUSE LAYOUT: Ground floor: it only has one room and a toilet. First floor: we find the living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, which has direct access to the private garden, one bedroom and a bathroom. COMMON AREAS The fully fenced swimming pool, just a few metres from the house. The views of the mountain from the pool are spectacular. A large barbecue area, with a large table. DISTANCES In the Picos de Europa 12 km from Potes and 34 km from the Fuente Dé cable car. MANDATORY CHECK-IN We will send an email to do the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything. DEPOSIT To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account.
