The property is around 135 m2, of modern style, quadratic in shape, and at street level has a car park with capacity for 2 cars. In the outdoor area of the property, we have a beautiful garden surrounding the house. On one side of the house, we find the built-in BBQ. And next to the outdoor terrace is the swimming pool with 8 sun loungers and a table and chair set. The property is distributed over 2 floors: Ground floor: Covered outdoor terrace with a wooden pergola and direct access to the swimming pool. Spacious living/dining room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and connected to the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule and Italian coffee maker, hand blender. Fast internet connection via wifi. Full bathroom with shower. Double bedroom with double bed. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, both with access to a balcony with views of the rear garden. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will require a mandatory deposit of €150 per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded upon departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a "Sustainable Tourism Tax" for all tourists travelling to the Balearics. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
