Beautiful three-bedroom Mediterranean-style villa, the villa is located very close to the commercial center and Son Bou beach. From the street you climb the stairs to the pool terrace level, separated with 9 steps from the porch terrace and access to the villa. Great living room with TV, air conditioning and open through an arch is the fully equipped kitchen. The villa has three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace with views, and the other two rooms with single beds and ceiling fans. 2 shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Large covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunsets. Large pool and a comfortable area to enjoy a barbecue. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
