This beautiful two-storey terraced house with a private pool and excellent views of the sea and the Son Bou beach is located in the Torre Solí Nou residential area. On the upper floor there is the common living-dining room area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and the outdoor laundry room. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area, offering excellent sea views. On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the common areas of both floors. The pool area and its terrace offer the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
