This beautiful accommodation in Mijas Pueblo is ideal for families who want to enjoy tranquillity and the impressive views of the sea and the mountain 🌊🏞️. Located very close to local businesses and with excellent access to roads that connect with Fuengirola, Alhaurín el Grande, Coín and the Mediterranean Motorway, this place allows you to reach Málaga Centre or Marbella in just a few minutes 🚗. The villa, with 346 m² distributed across three floors, offers a cosy and spacious environment for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and multiple areas for rest and entertainment. The exteriors are a true privacy oasis, being built on a platform without adjacent houses that disturb their intimacy. The private swimming pool, perfectly oriented, is ideal for sunbathing from dawn or for the little ones to have fun under supervision 🏊‍♂️. You will also find porches and shaded areas to relax, read a book or enjoy a cocktail while contemplating the spectacular views. On the lower floor, which connects directly to the porch and the swimming pool, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, kitchen and a dining area with television. Highlighted is a cosy living room with glass walls that offers panoramic views of the sea, perfect for having breakfast or reading on cooler days ☕📚. Going up to the upper floor, you will discover an elegant dining room with comfortable furniture, television and kitchen, ideal for special family dinners. Beautiful large villa over 3 floors with stunning views

The only downside for us was the location at the bottom of a very steep hill. This means it is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems or with very young children unless you have a car. It took us around 10 minutes to walk up the hill. Although most people visiting Mijas Pueblo will be prepared for some hills to meander through the beautiful streets.
The villa is very spacious with great amenities and lovely decor. The photos don't really do it justice. There is lots of great outdoor space with the option of being in the sun or shade. There was any amenity you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc. Lots of different places to sit to eat although our weather was great so we always ate either on the terrace outside the lounge and kitchen or on the lower terrace in the shade. There was an outdoor charcoal barbeque with sink beside it and a small bar/kitchen area on the ground floor with a fridge ideal for drinks by the beautiful pool. The owner was easy to contact via WhatsApp and always responded quickly. We were greeted at the Villa by Carla who also communicated with us well in advance regarding arrangements. We really enjoyed our stay.
