This villa is Mediterranean style, with 5 bedrooms and wonderful views of the sea. The villa is located very close to the Son Bou shopping center and beach, so it is highly recommended if you do not want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where the villa is accessed, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped open kitchen and a single bedroom. On the same floor there is a toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs, you access the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with a clock and an en-suite bathroom. The other three rooms are with single beds, fans and share a full bathroom. All rooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area equipped with outdoor furniture and also has a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
