Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor. The whole villa is equipped with air conditioning; ideal for people with reduced mobility since it is all flat.
INTERIOR: This villa has magnificent panoramic windows with blackout electric blinds to contemplate the Mountains of Olta and Calpe. It is equipped with a living-dining room with Sat / TDT TV and a fully equipped open kitchen, with a dishwasher and a gas stove. From which there is direct access to the covered barbecue. You will find four bedrooms, two with 1.50 double beds and two with 0.90 single beds. (There is TV in each bedroom) Two independent bathrooms with shower, one is also equipped with a bathtub with Jacuzzi.
EXTERIOR: Immense plot of 12,000 M2 fully fenced ideal for those looking to spend quiet holidays. Swimming pool with total privacy with 8x4 dimensions (1.20m min. and 1.50m max), Roman stairs and an outdoor shower with hot water. Several terraces to enjoy relaxation outdoors. Parking for 6-8 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in Calpe in a quiet area called “Partida Cocentari”. The restaurants, supermarkets, services and the beach of Calpe are less than 5 km away.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with supplement.
