It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, hand blender, capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker and everything you need. Separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. It has three double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with two beds each and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a double room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has access to a large terrace with views. In addition, the villa has a safe without a combination, a cot and a highchair, and a portable barbecue The villa will have free wifi for guests. THE VILLA HAS FANS IN THE BEDROOMS. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands.
