The villa in Binibeca has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. The apartment is comfortable, is fully equipped, and has 90 m². It has views to the sea. It is located 700 m from the rocky beach, 500 m from the "Binibeca" supermarket, 500 m from the "Sa Musclera" restaurant, 700 m from the "Binibeca" sand beach, 3 km from the "Splash Sur Menorca" amusement park , 5 km from the "Aeropuerto de Mahon" airport, 9 km from the "Estación de buses Mahon" bus station, 33 km from the "Golf son Parc" golf course and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea. It has a garden, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning in all bedrooms, private pool, television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English). The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
