Villa Bini Uxuanne, this fantastic villa is located in the area of Binibeca, this villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its maximum capacity is for 6 people. The villa has a total of 175 m² built. Bini Uxuanne has a beautiful “chill out” terrace, a covered area with built-in sofás and cushions to be able to enjoy lovely evenings in the villa. It has a private pool, barbecue, security safe, internet access (wifi), satellite TV (in Spanish) and also has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and has all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands.
