General information
Holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on one floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the UPPER FLOOR in which we will find a spacious living-dining room with TV SAT/TDT. A fully equipped kitchen with gas fire and dishwasher. There are two large bedrooms with two single beds each and two bedrooms with a double bed each. In addition to a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The GROUND FLOOR is closed and uninhabited during the rental.
EXTERNAL: Nice 8x4 pool area with roman steps, outdoor shower and a bathroom with shower. There is also a covered built-in barbecue for outdoor meals. It has parking for two vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Benicolada" given the proximity to the center of Calpe of 600 m as well as all other facilities. The sandy beach is accessible in 1.3 km.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.

Excellent villa and caring staff. Location was really good and staff were so helpful with every part of our experience. Will definitely I’m use them again.
5.0Lovely clean villa,lovely pool and BBq area, great communications for any problems. the BBq area was fantastic, the pool lovely, table tennis was a great addition. Loved the sun room, and all the facilities the villa offered. Washing machine, dishwasher was an asset. Loved the maintenance guy and staff at the key collection. They ordered us a taxi to take us to the villa, and were hand for any problems. We only had one problem with the automatic blinds, and within the hour the lovely guy came and sorted it. A little far from supermarkets and beach for anyone with mobility issues. Carrying groceries back from supermarket to villa a little difficult , but Taxis easy to get. Unfortunately the weather was not great, so we didn't get to appreciate our surroundings and facilities of the villa as much as we would have liked. Our only main complaint would be no English TV, which would have been appreciated with the awful weather we had, and Only having one shower between 6 people.
