We are pleased to present our charming villa with a private pool, located in Calpe, on the beautiful Costa Blanca. Accommodating up to 6 people, the villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also features air conditioning in the living-dining room and all bedrooms, as well as free Wi-Fi for your comfort.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and direct access to a covered terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove. Each bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Accessed via an interior staircase, the upper floor features a separate bathroom with a bathtub. You'll also find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds. From this floor, you can enjoy a charming terrace with stunning views of Calpe and the Mediterranean Sea.

Outside, the villa offers a beautiful garden with an 8x4 meter pool and Roman steps. It also has an outdoor shower, a toilet, and a portable barbecue for enjoying your meals al fresco. The garage has space for one car, and the villa has additional parking for two vehicles on the same plot, which is completely fenced.
