It is a 5-minute walk (500 m) to Riells beach, near the port, boat rental and yacht club (diving, sailing) and a wide variety of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The Montgri Natural Park is 600 meters away and the historic center of l’Escala is 2 km away. The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a garden with a private pool (approximately 32 m2) fenced (removable), terrace, outside eating area, with a barbecue, a parasol and sun loungers. The living room has Smart TV, WiFi, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a paper capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and exit to the outside.
