An independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A large bedroom with two single beds and sea views. A large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub en suite. Two bedrooms with two single beds each as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. On the GROUND FLOOR we will find a small living-dining room with an open kitchen and two electric burners and access to the barbecue area. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. A bedroom with a double bed and finally a bathroom with a shower.

EXTERNAL: Nice 9x4.5 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and it has parking on the same plot for 4-5 vehicles.

LOCATION: A short distance of 900 m will allow you to access the sandy beach La fustera and 2.5 km to the sandy beach and promenade of Levante beach. The center of Calpe is 4.5 km away and the nearest supermarket is 700 m away.
