The property has three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors.
INSIDE:
On the GROUND FLOOR, you will discover a spacious living room with SAT/TDT TV, a cozy dining room with views of the imposing Rock of Ifach. The kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, adds comfort to your stay. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning, will give you the necessary rest. In addition, you will find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The UPPER FLOOR offers a bedroom with two single beds and access to a solarium with panoramic views of the sea and the Rock of Ifach.
ABROAD:
The spacious grounds include a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The 8x4 m rectangular pool, with metal stairs, is the perfect place to cool off and relax. In addition, it has a garage for one vehicle on the same plot.
LOCATION:
This villa is located in a privileged location, combining the tranquility of the area with the proximity to beaches and shops. Just 1.2 km from the nearest sandy beach and the center of Calpe, and with a supermarket just 750 m away.
OBSERVATIONS:
WiFi access is free. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property, ensuring an allergy- and worry-free environment. Your stay in this charming villa promises to be unforgettable. We are waiting with open arms!

Beautiful villa with amazing veiws
4.4Wonderful. We have just returned from a 2 week stay in villa aloe. Lovely! The pool is great. Yes there are overhanging trees that drop debris into the pool but we cleaned the pool with the net in the morning and the pool person came and did a proper job twice a week. The outside bbq and eating area is great and cover is welcome from sun. The air conditioning keep us cool during the night and when we needed to escape the heat during the day. The beds are super comfortable. We had a problem with the dishwasher and someone came out a few hours later and we had a replacement dishwasher the following morning. great location in a quiet residential area. 15 mins to walk into the old town. The TV was too small for the large room. It is also very old. You would expect a smart TV in 2023 when you are paying so much for the villa. You don’t go on holidays to watch TV but sometimes you need to escape the heat or just chill out in the evening. The path to the car port is overgrown and needs to be cleared and maintained. There was no information left in the villa about where we were staying. It would have been useful to get information about how to recycle eg location of bins and what the different colours mean, what amenities are in the area eg bakeries, restaurants and beaches and events taking place locally.
