A successful holiday is guaranteed for you at our wonderful estate Puig d'en Guardiola, located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains between the villages of Selva and Moscari. A very special feature of this estate is the beautifully designed outdoor area. Here you can admire a beautiful and typical replicated windmill, enjoy outdoor meals by the barbecue, let your children play in the house's children's park or sunbathe in the 4mx9m saltwater swimming pool, immerse yourself in the water, rest on one of its 8 sunbeds or its Balinese bed. All with impressive views of the beautiful Tramuntana mountain range. The house, furnished with a high level of Mallorcan style, has space for 8 guests and is distributed over two floors. From any of its covered terraces, you can enjoy good views. It has 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, one en suite, a large kitchen, fully equipped and a cosy living room with Smart TV. Two of the bathrooms have a shower and another has a bathtub. All rooms have air conditioning and WIFI. On the ground floor, there is a practical bathroom with a dressing room near the pool. The location in the centre of the island is advantageous. From here the island can be perfectly explored. Cyclists and hikers have the nearby mountains, the most beautiful beaches are about 20 minutes by car, the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is also just 40 minutes away.
