Located a few minutes by car from Olías, access is easy thanks to good paved mountain roads, although the last 600 metres are on compact unpaved terrain, safe and accessible. In Olías you will find everything basic for day to day, and if you prefer large commercial surfaces, the nearest complex is just 20 minutes away. In addition, the Costa del Sol and the city of Málaga are a comfortable car journey away, perfect for combining nature with culture, beach and leisure. The property stands out for its spacious and well-maintained exterior, with natural shade areas thanks to a grove that surrounds the garden, an outdoor kitchen to enjoy the outdoors and direct access from the interior to these areas.
