Charming village house located in the centre of Fornells, it is a detached house distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall that distributes access to two double bedrooms that share an elegant bathroom with a shower, both rooms have access to an interior patio. On the first floor, there is the third double bedroom with an independent bathroom with a shower: there is also a large and bright living-dining-kitchen room that gives access to a balcony/terrace with views of the square. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven etc. On the upper floor there is a spectacular furnished terrace with outdoor furniture with unbeatable views of the Fornells bay. The house has air conditioning in the living room. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
