Access to the property is private, with unpaved but well-maintained paths. The plot and the urbanisation are fenced, which allows safe walks and bicycle routes without leaving the enclosure. A maintenance team is available to resolve any incidents during the stay. This rental does not imply total exclusivity of the estate, so it is possible to share spaces with other guests, so coexistence, the rest of the neighbours and the rules of the premises must be respected.
