On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall that leads to a complete kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer) to prepare everything from simple to elaborate meals. It also has a comfortable living room with a fireplace and television to gather and relax, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), both with air conditioning for your comfort.
