The Ses Arcades 10 apartment is located in a complex of 15 apartments with a shared pool and garden. The apartment currently consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is distributed over four levels. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style counter. It has a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, capsule coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Table for four people. The ground floor has a living room with 2 sofas, a TV, Wi-Fi for guests and a large window with access to the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture including a sun awning for shade. The terrace has a sea view and a view of the communal pool with private access to the common areas. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms with a single bed each and on the upper floor you will find the double bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but has fans in the bedrooms. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. In the case of groups of young people under the age of 26, Escape Home will require a mandatory deposit of €150 per person, which will be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded upon departure, subject to verification of the condition of the house, and within a maximum of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the "Sustainable Tourism Tax" for all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
