Near the beautiful beach of Punta Prima, just 300 meters away, we find these 3 charming two-bedroom apartments in a classic Mediterranean style with a living room to accommodate up to 4 people in each apartment. They are 3 semi-detached houses that share a well-kept pool and garden. The interior of the house is accessed from a terrace, with table and chairs furniture and built-in BBQ with views of the pool and garden where you can prepare tasty barbecues and enjoy long summer days with the family. Each apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a TV and free Wi-Fi for customers. The kitchen is small but we find everything you need to spend a few days away from home, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor next to the kitchen there is a small toilet, outside a small private terrace with outdoor shower and area to hang out. We access the upper floor by a staircase that leads us to a double room with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a shower (hair dryer) and we access a private terrace with wonderful views of the sea. The apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days. The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
