Two-bedroom apartment with views of the port in Los Miradores del Puerto, km 14 of La Manga. This beautiful apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and bright. It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, is very spacious and has air conditioning and television, it also has its own bathroom with a bathtub and access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, and Smart TV. There is a complete bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. The living room, very spacious, has a dining area for 6 people, another with a sofa bed (recommended for 2 children or an adult), television, and air conditioning, it also has access to a large terrace with views of the Puerto de Tomás Maestre. From the living room, there is also access to the kitchen, independent and electric kitchen equipped with oven, electric stove, toaster, hand food blender, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a Galley area with washing machine. The apartment is on the 6th floor, which ensures that the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, it still has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. The apartment has wifi connection. LOCATION: The urbanization, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with a garden, paddle tennis court, and swimming pool. About 50 meters away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets... It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Puerto de Tomás Maestre, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which there is a local market on Saturday mornings. Also, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports center with tennis courts, paddle tennis and soccer fields as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training... We offer the option of flexible rates, for a 10% surcharge possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Closed garage space upon reservation, subject to availability, €6 per night. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
