45 m² accommodation recently renovated and furnished (July 2019). It has 1 bedroom, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom with shower, maximum capacity: 2 people. It is beautiful, functional, modern and bright. It is located in a quiet area next to the sea, 5 minutes walk from "Playa de Los Lances" and 5 minutes walk from the old town of Tarifa. It is a 2nd floor without elevator. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It is delivered equipped with bed linen and towels and has an iron, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, flat TV....etc.
