Alqueria is a 5 bedroom country house with lots of character, a combination of traditional and modern styles. The house offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and is located in a quiet area just a few kilometres from the town of Porreres. On the ground floor there is an open-plan dining room, which is connected to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen by a rustic archway. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. A TV room with DVD player (currently only German SAT TV), two bedrooms and two separate shower rooms complete the ground floor. On the first floor there is a living room with satellite TV, wood-burning stove and an adjoining toilet. There are also three double bedrooms with integrated, open-plan bathrooms in the rooms.The outside area impresses with its size and spaciousness. It offers plenty of space for barbecues, dining, lounging by the pool, but also for relaxing with a book or strolling through the fields. The salt-based pool measures 3.5 x 11 metres and has a Jacuzzi in the entry area.The house is heated in the colder months by water radiators, the water in the radiators is heated by a wood-burning stove. The owners provide firewood.Youth groups not permitted.
