The Alcanada Golf is also situated by a short drive from the villa Borges, as well as the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park, that is also nearby and well worth a visit for nature lovers, ornithologists and walking enthusiasts. Villa Borges offers a really comfortable family holiday home. The front covered terrace opens into the spacious living/dining room with sofa seating área with Satellite TV, dining area, original interior stone wall features and feature fireplace. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, etc. The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have the facility of air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and from 10:00pm to 09:00am.
