Nice holiday bungalow with communal pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on two floors.
INTERIOR: This bungalow has the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a spacious living room with air conditioning, DTT / SAT TV and access to the terrace. An open kitchen fully equipped with hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double beds each and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower. In the UPPER FLOOR through which we access by internal stairs, we will find a large bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub in suite and access to the terrace, ideal for sunbathing.
EXTERIOR: Nice outdoor area with communal pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is parking on the same plot for one vehicle.
LOCATION: It is located in a quiet area, idea for those who want to relax during their holidays. It is 2.8 km from the nearest supermarket and 3.5 km from the sandy beach and restaurants.
OBSERVACIONES: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed.

Estancia muy cómoda. Alojamiento en una urbanización muy tranquila. Piscina muy pequeña pero poco frecuentada. La zona y pueblos cercanos muy bonito. Hemos estado muy agusto.
