This charming villa for 12 people offers the perfect combination of comfort and style, spread over two floors with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Enjoy air conditioning in the cozy living room and all bedrooms to ensure a cool and pleasant stay.
The GROUND FLOOR welcomes you with a bright living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and a practical breakfast bar that connects to the terrace and pool. The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and ceramic hob, is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with shower complete this level. The UPPER FLOOR offers three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed and a space with a washing machine for greater convenience.
Immerse yourself in outdoor fun in the spacious 10x5 pool, fenced for children's safety and equipped with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. The built-in barbecue is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, and parking for 4 vehicles on the same plot adds convenience.
With an unbeatable location, the villa is located just 250 m from the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The sandy beach is a short 650m walk away, along with all necessary amenities. Explore a charming cove 400 m away or immerse yourself in the energy of Calpe centre, 3 km away.

Great family holiday in a lovely villa! The pool area was great! Lots of space inside and a lot of the bedrooms had en suites. - We had to ask for a new umbrella because it was snapped. We asked for 2 as there is 2 shown in the photographs but they would only deliver one. The lock on the front door was reported as faulty but nothing was done about it during our stay.
4,4Wonderful place, we will be back! Fantastic serious company with fantastic houses, neat and nice! House was close to most things and the pool was cleaned 2 times in a week and if something is wrong people will come and fix immediately! I would say a big thank you to your janitor who delivered the keys to us and fixed our washing machine when it did not work, all companies should have had a man like him! Very sad that they do not have a better way to get the keys delivered to the house. Was very bad that there were only 6 sunbeds on 12 beds.
