This lovely country house is the great place to spend excelents holidays in family. This simply but very cozy & rustic country house invites you to have quality time with your family. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one bathroom with bathtub. Has a lovely kitchen in a open concept with living/dinnig room and offers a lot of spacious area to welcome people. The outside offers you a nice swimming pool and also a nice terrace to enjoy excelent bbq on the sunshines evenings. Also provide sunbeds and garden furniture to be comfortable on the outside areas. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity included (3 kw/day and person) - Optional wood for fireplace at 10 Eur/day - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
