The flat is located in a well-kept complex, quite directly on the black sandy beach 'Playa La Arena' in the idyllic holiday resort of Puerto Santiago, and delights with its large, beautifully furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. From here you can also access the beautifully furnished balcony with lovely views of the sea and La Gomera. The washing machine is located in a small separate utility room. There is also a separate storage room for drying laundry. The flat has a very quiet fan in every room for the hot days and good ventilation, as well as air conditioning.All shopping facilities are nearby, yet it is not a noisy place.
