INTERIOR: Este magnífico apartamento consta de un salón-comedor con TV SAT/TDT y acceso a la terraza con impresionantes vistas al mar, al peñón de Ifach y al puerto de Calpe. Una cocina abierta totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica y lavavajillas. Un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio. Un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un último dormitorio con una cama individual. Además hay dos baños, uno con bañera y el otro con ducha.
EXTERIOR: Amplia terraza con preciosas vistas vistas. Hay una piscina comunitaria y una plaza de parking para un vehículo.
UBICACIÓN: Este apartamento se encuentra en una inmejorable situación en primera línea de la playa, ideal para prescindir del vehículo durante las vacaciones. Se encuentra a solamente 20 m de la playa y los restaurantes y 400 del supermercado más próximo. El centro de Calpe es accesible en 2,4 km.
OBSERVACIONES: WiFi gratuito. Se admiten mascotas hasta 12 kg con suplemento.

First off location, views, and pool are amazing. Things to know: No check in instructions were provided before arriving. The address they have listed was wrong. When we called the number provided, it was so hard to understand the lady on where we were supposed to go. She was very rude. Finally we got it figured out and had to go to the PlusHolidays main office to pick up keys. We arrived outside of their 2 hour check in window and had to pay an extra €50. The Condo is right on the beach. From the pool area you just have to walk down a flight of stairs and you’re there. It is on the 5th floor of the building. Not sure why they only have it listed for 5 people. There are 3 bedrooms. The first one has 2 single beds. The next one has 2 single beds pushed together and the master room has a double bed. There is parking. It is through a locked gate, down a very steep drive under the building. The beds only come with sheets on them. There are blankets in the closet but they are very old and not how sure how clean they are. There are no pool or beach towels, just shower and kitchen towels. TV didn’t work right. Internet was decent but had to restart it a couple times to get it working again. To check out you have to take the keys back to the main office.
3,2War soweit ok ,eine kurze Einweisung wäre von Vorteil. - Es wäre schön wenn der Balkon eine Möglichkeit zum Abschatten hätte.Am Nachmittag war dieser in praller Sonne und nicht nutzbar Markise oder wenigstens ein Sonnenschirm
