INTERIOR:
Este encantador apartamento consta de un acogedor salón-comedor con TV SAT/TDT, aire acondicionado y un cómodo sofá-cama para dos personas. Además, cuenta con acceso a una amplia y luminosa terraza que ofrece preciosas vistas al mar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica y lavavajillas. El dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales, aire acondicionado y acceso directo a la terraza. Por último, hay un baño completo con bañera.
EXTERIOR:
El apartamento dispone de una hermosa zona comunitaria con una piscina que invita a disfrutar del sol y relajarse al aire libre.
UBICACIÓN:
Con inmejorables vistas al mar, este apartamento se encuentra en primera línea de playa, a solo 50 metros de la playa de arena y de diversos restaurantes. El supermercado más cercano está a tan solo 250 metros, y el centro de Calpe se encuentra a una corta distancia de 300 metros.
OBSERVACIONES:

5,0Excellent location and views. A very clean and well appointed apartment. The apartment is spacious with all living essentials for 2 people and could accommodate 4 (using comfortable sofa bed). The apartment is very clean and the building is clean, secure and well maintained. It's greatest feature though is it's accessibility to the promenade and beach and view of the sea. The living room and bedroom lead to an enclosed terrace where the windows can be fully opened to get the most of the view and watch the world go by below and then closed at night the windows are good soundproofing. I will definitely be booking again There is nothing to dislike but could be improved by some kind of lounging chairs on the terrace.
