The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living-dining room with Sat/DTT TV and access to the covered terrace and pool, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob will provide you with all the necessary comforts. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.
The upper floor offers two bedrooms with two single beds each, and the master bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower en suite. There is also another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.
Outside the villa, you can enjoy a large terrace area with an 8x4 meter rectangular pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. In addition, there is a portable barbecue and parking space on the same plot for three vehicles. It is important to note that the garage is closed and disabled, and the plot is completely fenced for greater privacy and security.

El servicio de la agencia fue muy correcto en todo momento. La casa es estupenda, sin embargo el mantenimiento muy por debajo de lo esperado. Colchones muy antiguos, con muelles que suenan sin parar y se clavan en la espalda, sartenes y menaje en general en mal estado (tuvimos que comprar sartenes para poder cocinar), mosquiteras rotas, papel de la pared despegado y sujeto con cinta de carrocero, sillones muy envejecidos... requiere de una actualzación, para pasar de una estancia buena a una excelente, con muy poco esfuerzo, ya que la casa y la ubicación son geniales. Espero sirva mi opinión para mejorar la estancia de futuros visitantes.
4,0I feel the other reviews on the property are a little harsh. We stayed as a family of 5 in September so had lots of space and had a wonderful time. Yes the property is a little tired in areas and could do with some maintenance to get things up to scratch. There appears to be some water damage to the floor in the kitchen, but this didn’t effect us, the kitchen is well Equipped. The downstairs bathroom shower did not work which was a little inconvenient but as only 5 of us and 3 bathrooms again wasn’t a problem so we didn’t report it. The biggest problem with this property is it states it has aircon which it does not! Only in the main bedroom upstairs. I think this should be clearly stated as had been a hotter month we would not of wanted to stay. As it was with the doors and windows open it was fine. The pool is absolutely wonderful, there are a couple of tiles missing but it isn’t bad and is just general wear and tear with age. The Astroturf is aged and is lifting in areas but again wasn’t even an issue with our toddler. The main wow factor with this villa is the location. It is perfect! Lovely sea views and close to everything you could want. All in all for the price and value for money couldn’t ask for much more, if you want a palace expect to pay a lot more. We did arrive later in the eve and asked Plusholidays for a welcome pack, which we told they don't do. This was disappointing arriving late at night with a toddler, not even having any water available! Overall we had a lovely holiday, thank you
4,0La casa estaba muy limpia, es muy amplia y tiene unas vistas maravillosas al mar. El aparcamiento que tiene caben hasta cuatro coches. La piscina es bastante grande y vinieron a limpiarla al tercer o cuarto día. Zona tranquila. Hay una cala cercana, pero con acceso algo complejo. Se puede ir andando a la playa de la Fossa por un bonito sendero por la costa (15/20 min),por la noche,mejor evitar, no hay farolas. Lo gestiona una agencia, que solventa rápidamente cualquier incidencia. En la descripción aparece que la casa tiene aire acondicionado y sólo había en una habitación, además nos cobraron por pedir dos ventiladores. El césped artificial está bastante deteriorado, en las fotos no se aprecia. La ubicación está bien,pero había que coger el coche para todo, ya que hay muchísimo desnivel en las calles de alrededor. Nosotros íbamos con un bebé y era inviable. La nevera no enfriaba y acudieron rápidamente a instalar otra.
