Our newly renovated and modern studio of 35 m² is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a few meters from Las Canteras and can accommodate up to 3 people (max. 2 adults). The decoration has been carefully selected to create a harmonious and cozy atmosphere. It is worth mentioning the terrace area with outdoor views and furniture. The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, 5 m² terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, TV, radio. In the vitroceramic open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided. Undoubtedly one of the main attractions is the location, near a pedestrian street, and the beautiful Paseo de Las Canteras with its famous beach. In addition, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, entertainment venues and all basic services. Ideal for people who wish to discover our island from a central and well connected location.
