Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Benissa Costa (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over two floors.
INTERIOR: GROUND FLOOR: It consists of living room with SAT / DTT TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a separate bathroom with bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: Nice terrace at the front of the house and another next to the 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. It has a barbecue and a garage transformed into a closed laundry room where the washing machine is located. Covered parking for one vehicle.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet area, just 950 m from the nearest cove and 3.9 km from the sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away and the town of Moraira is 4.3 km away.
OBSERVATIONS: There is no internet. Pets are not allowed.

Fernando Javier Perez 06/09/2019 4,0 La piscina y la barbacoa, la zona de sombra con toldo, la amplitud de las estancias, las fotos son espectaculares, pero la realidad también. La piscina es ideal para niños, aunque sean pequeños el acceso con escaleras dentro de la piscina... muy cómodo.
Se debe coger el coche para todo.
