INTERIOR: This spacious villa is composed of two independent floors connected by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a living room with SAT / DTT TV and access to the terrace with beautiful sea views. A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a double bed each. One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. In addition there is a separate bathroom with bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV and access to the glazed terrace with stunning sea views. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. One bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. One bedroom with two single beds and finally there is a toilet.
EXTERIOR: Nice plot with a 9x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower, with beautiful sea views. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for two vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet area with beautiful sea views. It is 2.2 km from the sandy beach and restaurants, as well as the nearest supermarket. The center of Moraira is accesibe in 2.5 km.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Van buiten een mooie villa, was goed schoon, erg gedateerd. Jammer, het meubilair en serviesgoed een bij elkaar geraapte bende, verschillende glazen, sommige ernstig verkalkt. Kraan van de wastafel in de badkamer kwam een straaltje van 2 mm uit, leiding totaal verkalkt. Lades van kasten en badkamermeubels roken muf, kon daar geen kleding in leggen.
